PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying the configuration of an LED indicator and dispensing with production of a metallic mold in forming the LED indicator for every small-lot production. SOLUTION: The LED indicator having a light guide body is constituted to guide the light from an LED 1. The light guide body is a transparent or translucent member capable of transmitting the light from the LED 1 and is composed of an engagement member 2e (which generates an engagement line 2f as seen in the figure 1B) which is formed, by using a light guide member 2a and a light guide member 2b whose cross sectional shape horizontal to the light guide direction (the direction as shown by an arrow mark A in the figure 1) is formed in a comb-teeth shape, by making a comb-teeth shaped projecting part (hereafter called a comb-teeth projecting part) 2aa and a comb-teeth shaped groove part (hereafter called a comb-teeth groove part) 2ab of the light guide member 2a respectively engage with a comb-teeth groove part 2bb and a comb-teeth projecting part 2ba of the light guide member 2b.
