PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic appliance capable of promoting a muscular movement, while promoting the generation of ATP (Adenosine TriPhosphate), and obtaining firm skin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic appliance has one pair or more of electrodes where at least three positive and negative poles are provided and the positive pole and the negative pole are paired. The electric currents of 1-500μA, where amplitude modulation of 0.1-5 Hz is subjected to different midfrequencies, respectively, are applied respective output poles. For example, the amplitude modulation of 0.5 Hz is performed to the interference wave of 1,600 Hz by 4,000 Hz and 2,800 Hz and the electric current of 1μA is applied, so that the ATP is efficiently generated and the muscular movement is caused.
