The invention relates to a multipurpose security audio-visual reader computerised via internet is used for recognising objects, packed products, documents, locations and for finding and obtaining information related thereto, for using by the visually impaired and sighted persons and persons losing sight thereof. Said device comprises a mobile-scan-voice combination (A) (combination of a last UMTS or DVB-H generation mobile telephone, an optical, magnetic or electronic scanner and a voice software), a label (B) (a cartridge or tag which is adapted to scanning engineering and is provided with a tactile or visual marker and an associated object name) and a databank site C (provided with a voice software stocking all information items about labeled objects). The a mobile-scan-voice combination which reads the label for recognising, displaying and voicing the object name is automatically or upon a request connectable via a high-speed internet the databank site for searching and receiving information items in an interactive mode in a selected language in visual (screen), and/or voice (headphone) and/or downloading form. The inventive device can be used in the form of an accessibility, sanitary safety and searching tool.
