PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain trap and a drainage structure using the drain trap preventing big noise, reducing cost, ensuring sufficient drainage capacity and requiring neither time nor labor after installation. SOLUTION: The drain trap 1 has a cylindrical trap body 2 having a connection part to an external drain pipe on the outer peripheral surface, and a sealing water cylinder 3 disposed forming an annular drain passage 8 on the inner peripheral side of the trap body 2, wherein the drain passage 8 has a sealing water depth from the lower edge of the sealing water cylinder 3 to the upper edge of the trap body 2. The sealing water cylinder 3 is provided with a sub-sealing water passage 81 causing a smaller quantity of sealing water shortage than the sealing water shortage in the drain passage 8, above the lower edge a2 of the sealing water cylinder 3.
