PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for informing a user of one information device how communication can be established, if a communication is to be established in such method that a directional angle has to be considered with the other information device.

SOLUTION: An information presenting device 1 comprises: a wireless communication 2 having a central angle M (reception directional angle); and a message presenter 3 that presents a plurality of different messages according to a positional relationship between a view point and a reception directivity region B (a region specified by a reception directional angle) of the wireless communication 2.
