PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an adsorption core by achieving close contact between a heat exchanger surface and an adsorbing material layer. SOLUTION: Copper metallic particles mixed with seed crystal of zeolite are sintered and bonded to an outer surface 13b of a heat exchanger portion 13a constituting a second heat exchanger 13 configurating the adsorption core to form a seed crystal holding layer 143. Then an adsorbent 14 is formed by growing the seed crystal held on the seed crystal holding layer 143 by a hydrothermal synthesis method. As the adsorbent 14 can be kept into closely contact with the outer surface 13b, and the heat generated by the adsorbent 14 can be quickly radiated by the heat exchanging portion 13a, the adsorption core can be miniaturized.
