PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-sealed vibration control device equipped with two orifices capable of preventing the generation of noise caused by the cavitation of a main liquid chamber. SOLUTION: The liquid-sealed vibration control device 10 is configured such that a first mounting member 12 and a second mounting member 14 are coupled to each other by a vibration control base 16, a diaphragm 26 is installed confronting the vibration control base so as to form a liquid sealing chamber 32 between the members, and the liquid sealing chamber is partitioned by a partitioning part 30 into a main liquid chamber 34 and an auxiliary liquid chamber 36, the two liquid chambers are put in a manner of mutual communication through the orifices, wherein the partitioning part 30 is composed of a partitioning plate member 40 to be partitioned into the main liquid chamber 34 and the auxiliary liquid chamber 36, a ring-shaped member 42 which is secured to the second mounting member 14 by at peripheral edge 42C and whose opening peripheral edge 42B is arranged confronting the peripheral edge 40A of the partitioning plate member in the axial direction, and a ring-shaped rubber part 44 interposed between the peripheral edge 40A of the partitioning plate member and the opening peripheral edge 42B of the ring-shaped member for coupling and supporting the partitioning plate member 40 with and on the ring-shaped member 42 in the axial direction.
