<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of peeling on a rolling face by a simple method without deteriorating the assembly performance of a bearing and the rigidity of a guide ring. <P>SOLUTION: An inner ring 1, an outer ring 2 and each roller 3 are made of high carbon chrome bearing steel SUJ2 of hardness HRC58 or more, and the guide ring 5 is made of copper alloy CAC301 of hardness HRC38 or less, and thereby the soft guide ring 5 is worn at the sliding part of the roller 3 to the guide ring 5 preferentially and the abrasion powder is made to be soft sufficiently. The occurrence of the peeling on the rolling face is prevented by the simple method without deteriorating the assembly workability of the bearing and the rigidity of the guide ring 5 so that the peeling does not occur even if the abrasion powder is bit on the rolling face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
