PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a manufacturing method of a graphite heat spreader in which a thermal via is located. SOLUTION: The structure to carry out simultaneous forging and manufacturing method of a graphite heat spreader includes a thermal via having one or two flanges 61 such as a coplanar thermal via 60, a graphite heat spreader having a surface layer covering a graphite material, a graphite heat spreader having a cladding layer to reinforce the structural unity, and a graphite heat spreader element having a metallic thermal via at a predetermined position.
