PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein there is a risk of gas diffusion to the air by damaging a piping part as piping and a pressure regulator are arranged between a gas cylinder and a flow meter when a house is destroyed by an earthquake etc. although the gas block mechanics is provided to the flow meter for the unexpected disaster such as an earthquake etc. SOLUTION: This pressure regulator consists of: a valve body to switch a gas inlet; a lever to drive the valve body through a link mechanics; a stem to be engaged with the lever; and a shaft to move up and down the stem and a drive unit. It has the mechanics to block the valve body by actuating the shaft, the stem, and the lever mechanically when the driving gear actuates according to the inclination of the pressure regulator.
