PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance degradation due to resonance transmission of a hollow wall in a gypsum board laminated material laminated with a vibration control sound-insulating layer used for wall backing or ceiling backing of a building, and easily classifying the vibration control sound-insulating layer and the gypsum board in a disposal time. SOLUTION: One side of the vibration control sound-insulating layer is provided with a paper layer mainly composed of used paper with a density of 0.3-0.6 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and this face and the gypsum board are laminated to improve a vibration control effect and to improve resonance transmission. In the disposal time, shearing force is applied to the paper layer mainly composed of used paper to cause layer rupture of the paper layer.
