PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide game system and a recording medium recovery/supplement method reducing a labor required for recovery and supplement operation of cards. SOLUTION: A terminal controller 10 is provided with a group management database 23 managing respective ball dispensing units 40 disposed in a game parlor 100 at an arbitrary group unit (for example, an island unit), and when executing a parlor closing process (an account closing process), indicates to start a card recovery/supplement mode to a ball dispensing unit 40 for every group unit set and managed here.
