The bar has a spring (7) and metal tubes (1), where the bar is expanded by the sequence of individual wooden bar plates (4). Arbitrary shapes of the bar are produced by the usage of the individual wooden plates for the corners and the curves. The front side of the bar is covered with a cloth. Gripping units are provided at the ends of the bar, where the units represent the base part of the bar. The individual parts are bundled to a compact packet.
