<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for a cooked-rice processed food which can be opened without breaking the cooked-rice processed food softly formed in a ball, and to provide a packaging bag for the cooked-rice processed food. <P>SOLUTION: In the package A for a cooked-rice processed food, a front film 10 tearable in its lengthwise direction and a rear film 20 separable together with the front film 10 are superposed via a sheet of dried seaweed 2. The peripheral edges 12 of the front and rear films 10 and 20 are sealed. A strip of a film 30 is placed at the middle of the rear film 20. The strip of film 30 is folded in two pieces. A seal S joins both ends 31 of the strip of film 30 superposed one on the other to the peripheral edge 12 of one side of the front and rear films 10 and 20. A weak seal P joins the fold end 32 of the strip of film 30 to the rear film 20 near the peripheral edge 12 of the other side of the front and rear films 10 and 20.
