PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device that supplies various inspection data in a short period of time, and also to provide an electronic apparatus including the device. SOLUTION: A driver IC 10 includes: an input interface circuit 14; a non-volatile data memory 20 where first inspection data are preliminarily stored through the input interface circuit; a data register 600 where second inspection data are stored through the input interface circuit 14 during inspection; a selector 610 for selecting one of the outputs from the non-volatile data memory 20 and the register; and a selector control circuit 640 for controlling to switch the selector 610 according to a selector switching command inputted through the input interface circuit 14.
