摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micromanipulator capable of easily and appropriately manipulating a minute object without complicating the entire part of the device. SOLUTION: The micromanipulator 1 is equipped with an XY stage 42 for placement of cells, and a first manipulation unit 3 and a second manipulation unit 4 for manipulating the cells. The first manipulation unit 3 has a handling section 34 for manipulating the cells, an XY driving section 31 for moving the handling section 34 in X, Y directions and a Z driving section 33 supported by the XY driving section 31 to move the handling section 34 in a Z direction. The second manipulation unit 4 has the handling section 44 for manipulating the cells, an XY driving section 41 for moving the XY stage 42 in in X, Y directions and a Z driving section 43 for moving the handling section 44 in a Z direction.
