PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper cover fixing structure of a radiator core support capable of fitting an upper cover to a radiator core support upper with high accuracy, realizing the constant matching quality with a bumper fascia thereby, and enhancing the appearance in an engine compartment. SOLUTION: The upper cover fixing structure of the radiator core support is fitted to a radiator core support upper 3 of a radiator core support 1. The reference position in the right-to-left direction of the radiator core support 1 (corresponding to a reference hole 3d) is provided in a center part of the radiator core support 1. Pins P1, P2 protruded in the longitudinal direction close to the right and left sides of the reference position are provided. Through holes 2b, 2c for inserting the pins P1, P2 in an upper cover 2 from the longitudinal direction and regulating at least the right-to-left direction and the horizontally rotational direction of the upper cover 2 are formed in the upper cover.
