PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper processing technology in reducing the risk quantity of loan by security appropriation.

SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a security/loan information acquisition means 21 for acquiring the security information and loan information of a credit destination as the target of processing by a security/loan information storage means 31; an objective function calculation means 22 for calculating objective functions; and a first replacement means 24 for replacing the variables of the objective functions, and for weighting the variables relating to a prorata section.
