<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for giving flow in a plurality of flow passages in an endoscope during decontamination treatment for the endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: A certain member is inserted into the chamber in the body of the endoscope through an opening part opening toward the inside of this chamber. The chamber is intersected with a first lumen and a second lumen. The member separates the flow from the second lumen to the first lumen. A liquid flows into the first lumen through a first flow passage penetrating through the member, and flows into the second lumen through a second flow passage penetrating through the member. Simultaneously, another flow passage may be treated in the same way.
