PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade a collision in a short time without reducing the using band of communication data and without providing a special node. SOLUTION: Each communication terminal includes the transmission timing information of the next packet in a packet from the communication terminal and transmits it. When the packet is to be transmitted from the communication terminal, each communication terminal predicts the presence/absence of the collision of the packet by predicting the transmission timing of the other communication terminal on the basis of the transmission timing of the next packet included in the already received packet transmitted by the other communication terminal, and executes collision evading processing when the collision is predicted.
