PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate defects occurring in the surrounding of an inner conductor in a multilayer ceramic substrate having the inner conductor. SOLUTION: The conductor paste contains a conductive material and further contains an Mn oxide powder and a Zr oxide powder. This is used, for example, for manufacturing a multilayer ceramic substrate in which a plurality of glass ceramic layers are laminated and has an inner conductor.
