PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reversely turn the pipe lining material to insert the same in the pipeline to be repaired certainly and smoothly without stopping the reversal of the pipe lining material on the way. SOLUTION: One end of the pipe lining material 1 is attached to a reversal nozzle and the pipe lining material 1 is reversely turned by allowing the pressure of a fluid to act on the pipe lining material 1 to be inserted into a manhole 2. Next, the pipe lining material 1 is pressed by a first pressurization device 40 in the direction reverse to the insertion direction of the pipe lining material 1 into the pipeline 3 and the pressed and inserted pipe lining material 1 is pressed in the insertion direction into the pipeline 3 by a second pressurization device 50. Further, the pipe lining material 1 is converted to the direction of the pipeline 3 from the manhole 2 by the opposite pressing forces of the first and second pressurization devices and the pipe lining material 1 is reversely turned to be smoothly inserted in the pipeline.
