PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a heat generation member by constituting an axial air gap microfan motor, capable of generating vibration with an eccentric rotor with fan and suppressing heat generation, thereby attaining a mounting structure effective for a mobile apparatus. SOLUTION: In the eccentric rotor with fan, an eccentric member is also constituted of a tungsten alloy as a high specific gravity side fan 2, and a low specific gravity side fan 1 is formed of a member having a specific gravity of 9 or smaller. Each fan consists of a flat portion on the upper surface of an axial air gap magnet 4 and an impala portion on the magnet side which are combined by fitting 12 and 13 at the flat portion and bonded to the axial air gap magnet 4. Each impala 1a, 2a is formed in backward direction wing type, the high specific gravity side is formed thick, and a shaft 3 is bonded to the flat portion of the low specific gravity side fan.
