<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus for movement and roll-over, which is obtained by commonly using a pallet with a stretcher for movement in addition to convenience in a roll-over assisting device, which allows even a bedridden patient who cannot independently rolls-over to perform a roll-over action by him/herself, and a movement means for the bedridden patient and a physically disabled patient, etc. <P>SOLUTION: Rotary shafts are made to be movable, bevel gears 4 are rotatively disposed in the front and rear parts of the rotary shaft at one side. The bevel gears at the other side are connected to the bevel gears so as to perform simultaneous rotation. Eccentric wheels are disposed at respective upper parts at the bevel gear positions. The bottom surface of a bottom on one side is elevated and raised, while rotating, on the outer circumference of the eccentric wheel turning so as to assist the roll-over of the bedridden patient. A bed on the other side is moved for elevation, rising and the backward motion with the same rotary operation. A compact rocking motion device is arranged under the bed. Lumbago and swollen legs, etc., are healed by the rocking motion of leg parts and lower limb parts. The rocking motion by the mutual and alternate ups and downs to the right and left is performed by the continuous rotation of the eccentric wheels.
