PURPOSE: An accumulator for an anti-lock brake system is provided to reduce pulsation of oil pressure by forming plural bladders in a cylinder, to prevent oil leakage by removing an O-ring, and to cut down manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve is opened and closed by an ECU(electronic control unit) detecting speed of a vehicle through wheel sensors arranged in front and rear wheels, and oil from a hydraulic brake is temporarily stored in a low pressure accumulator by opening a normal close type solenoid valve in decompression braking. The low or middle pressure accumulator reduces pressure pulsation of oil by forming plural bladders(120) in a cylinder(110) for forming a closed oil chamber with a hydraulic port(130). Plural bladders are composed of air bags filled with air, and made of elastic balls. The size or the number of the bladders is adjusted according to the characteristic of the accumulator, and various bladders are put in the cylinder. |
