<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To get into forging difficulty of a secret information concealing layer by providing a forgery decision layer formed over upper layers of a case substrate and the concealing layer. SOLUTION: Secret information is printed on raw fabric of a card substrate to form a secret information display layer 12. A secret information concealing layer 13 is printed to conceal the layer 12. A forgery layer 14 is printed over upper layers of the card substrate and the layer 13. Eventually, it is cut to complete a secret information concealing card 10. Since the layer 14 is formed on the upper layer of the layer 13, forgery of the layer 13 by once scrapping the layer 13, reading fraudulently a password number and then coating it with ink is difficult.</p> |
