WHITENING FACE-POWDER COSMETIC COMPOSITION AND THE PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

A whitening face powder composition is provided to effectively absorb a water-soluble whitening beauty ingredient into skin with showing excellent whitening effect, and provide natural feeling of use and finish and preservative effect safe to the skin. The whitening face powder composition comprises an aqueous phase powder base formulation including 2 wt.% of a water-soluble whitening beauty ingredient such as ascrobic acid 2-glucoside and 3-O-ethyl-ascorbyl ether, 20-70 wt.% of purified water, 5-10 wt.% of glycerine, 1-10 wt.% of aerosil R202 and 0.5-5.0 wt.% of silica containing nano-silver; and a color powder base formulation including a body pigment and a color pigment, both of which are surface-treated with dimethicone, silicone oil and perfume.
