<p>A manufacturing method of natural colored veneer flooring materials is provided to maximize the sense of natural colors, environment-friendliness and healthiness by coloring natural veneer with natural dyes through pressurization and decompression. A manufacturing method of natural colored veneer flooring materials using a coloring apparatus comprises the steps of: manufacturing cherry and walnut veneer having a thickness of 0.35 millimeters by cutting material lumber; coloring the veneer by inputting 3-liter natural coloring agents in a chemical storage tank(20) and veneer in a chemical injection tank(10), decompressing the chemical injection tank using a vacuum pump(30) to reduce moisture, opening a valve of the chemical storage tank gradually to suppress bubble formation and conveying natural dyes to the chemical injection tank, and applying pressure to the chemical injection tank using a compressor(40) to inject the natural dyes compulsively from the chemical injection tank to the veneer; and manufacturing flooring materials by piling up the colored veneer on a base layer and unifying using a hot or cold press, and forming a surface layer on the colored veneer with UV coatings.</p> |
