FIELD: manufacture of glass reservoirs, vials, ampoules and syringes used in pharmaceutical industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed billet has wall with two end zones: first and second. First end zone is stopped, thus forming the bottom and vent hole made in wall in end zone. End of tube forming the second end zone has hole. Planeness of tube wall in second end zone is >0 and <=0.8 mm.
