FIELD: the invention refers to measuring devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: in a thermo-insulating body of the consumption indicator there is a metallic socket. On the external surface of the socket there is a heater, a measuring and a compensating thermo-elements switched on into the arms of the bridges. After amplifying the output signals of the bridges go to the input of a calculating block. The measuring and the compensating thermo-elements are fulfilled circular.
