<p>The invention provides compositions and kits comprising: (a) a saccharide antigen conjugated to a carrier; and (b) an alpha-glycosylceramide adjuvant. The invention further provides uses of the compositions. It has been found that suppression of anti-saccharide immune responses by alpha-glycosylceramides can be reversed by conjugating the saccharide to a carrier.</p> |
