The brush or comb has a body (1) extended by a handle (2). The bristles (4) are fixed to a support (3), made of high density foam material, that is held in the body and is impregnated with the colouring product. The body and handle are made from plastic material or wood and the bristles are made in felt or porous wood. The colouring product can be natural or synthetic and can be impregnated in the bristles during manufacture. The bristles and support can be made from a solid material.
