<p>The present invention relates to a scoring method and system for a combination of detectable traits. It is determined whether a combination of detectable traits is associated with the occurrence of a specific condition. Detectable traits are identified and a p-value for each of the identified traits is obtained. To determine whether a combination of detectable traits is associated with the occurrence of a specific condition, a score is calculated under consideration of the p-values of the combined traits as well as under consideration of score values calculated for subcombinations of the combination to be scored. The calculated score indicates the probability whether the combination of traits is associated with the occurrence of the specific condition.</p> |
