SUBSTANCE: composition has prepolymer of the following general formula: <EMI ID=0.487 HE=12 WI=51 TI=CHI> where a = 0.98-1.00; b = 0-0.03; n > 10 and R is -(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>m</SB>OCONHR or -(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>m</SB>NHCONHR where m - whole number from 1 to 20; R is <EMI ID=0.488 HE=15 WI=84 TI=CHI> where R is -O(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>2</SB>OCOCR<SP>3</SP>=CH<SB>2</SB> or -OCH(CH<SB>3</SB>)CH<SB>2</SB>OCOOCR<SP>3</SP>=CH<SB>2</SB> and R is H or CH<SB>3</SB> at the following ratio of components: prepolymer 97-99.5 wt.-%, photoinitiating agent 0.5-3 wt.-%, and inhibitor 10-500 ppm.
