The telescopic based component arrangement has a tubular outer part (12) which is adjustable in a longitudinal direction (13) into the outer part. The interior (14) of the tube has, in a longitudinal direction, splined walls (16, 17). Wedges (25) are arranged with the spline walls and arranged diagonally inward on each other. The wedges, by the outer part provide actuation (28) between an adjustableness of the relative pitch between the outside and interior (14) allowing lowering of the separate pieces. A clamping position is also adjustable.
