The nasal breathing aid (10) comprises two installation bodies (12, 14) that are connected together via an elastic mount (16) and have balls at there tapered-off sides. The nasal breathing aid is finished with metal whilst the mount has a round cross-section and the installation body a roll-shape with a diameter (d) of between 3 to 5 mm. A pipe (20, 22) may emanate from the mount running from one end of the installation body to the other.
