<p>A large-scale composting hall has a floor with lines of compost that are agitated and turned at chosen intervals by a tracked vehicle with a front-mounted rotivator (4). The rotivator surrenders compost to a longitudinal side-mounted conveyer belt leading to the vehicle rear where with a transverse conveyer belt (8). The transverse conveyer discharges to an off-loading conveyer (9). The off-loading conveyer has a sliding swivel mount (14) that enables it to discharge to either side of the tracked vehicle. The rotivator drum is enclosed within a cassette housing that is transverse to and at 5 yaw angle to the direction of travel. The cassette and rotivator tool may be raised and lowered by side-arms.</p> |
