An air purifying device is disclosed as including a plurality of fins coated with titanium dioxide (TiO2) and positioned substantially parallel to one another to define at least one passageway allowing air to pass through, and a source of ultraviolet (UV) light, in which each of the fins has a hole and two ends, at least part of t he UV light source is received within a channel defined by the holes of the fins, and ea ch of the two ends of each fin has two bent portions.
