PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier thin film-stacked body and a gas barrier resin base material having high gas barrier capacity and also having excellent curling resistance at high productivity, and to provide an organic electroluminescence device having excellent adhesion and gas barrier resistance using the gas barrier thin film-stacked body and the gas barrier resin base material. SOLUTION: In the gas barrier thin film-stacked body comprising a polymer film and an inorganic film at least by one layer, respectively, at least one layer of the polymer film is a polymerized film formed by spraying a polymerizable monomer-containing gas on the surface of a base material under the atmospheric pressure or under the pressure in the vicinity thereof, and performing polymerization on the surface of the base material.
