A method of repairing the parts of track machinery includes acceptance of object for repair, preliminary diagnostics of technical state of basic structural elements, external cleaning and washing, wiping, degreasing of washed and wiped surfaces of the housing of the parts of track and units and aggregates, which are included into the power plant, transmission, undercarriage and engine of the part of track machinery. Then the object is disassembled into the assemblies and units by removing the power plant including track propeller and suspension, electrical equipment, means of connection, fire-fighting equipment and other devices, which form part of support systems. Then the washing of engine and assemblies and units, electrical equipment with subsequent drying, repair and dyeing, washing and cleaning the articles, which form part of power plant, transmission, undercarriage and engine are carried out. The repair of housing and units and components of power plant, transmission, undercarriage and engine of the part of track with use of the connected components is carried out. Assembly works are performed as to basic component parts and parts of track as a whole. Coating the surfaces of the components of housing with ground is carried out, and components of the housings, on which the ground is applied, are coated with anticorrosive and antidrumming pastes. The dyeing of housing andstructural elements of the part of track machinery is carried out. General assembly, running-in, testing, delivery/ transfer of the object of track machinery to a customer are performed. At conducting of the diagnosis of the technical state of the basic structural elements of part the wear of gears of driving wheels of track propeller is measured, while at conducting of general assembly of the part of track machinery are checked the reliability of fastening assemblies, instruments, conduits and cables, splined connections, fastening of fuel and oil tanks, absence of leak from tanks, stuffing boxes and conduits. Testing of repaired components is conducted at running-in of the part of track machinery. Prior to object testing of track machinery the inspection of the correct tension of track, operation of the drive of stopping brake, condition of units and bolt connections of the elements ofundercarriage are carried out.
