PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a sleeper being easily installed and capable of reducing vertical motion phenomenon effectively. SOLUTION: This installation structure 1 of the sleeper has a joint sleeper 81 positioned just below a joint part 80 of a rail 82, and the joint sleeper 81 is fixed to a horizontal member 10 arranged so as to extend the long direction into the direction of rail 82. The horizontal member 10 is supported by both of other sleepers 85 adjacent to the joint sleeper 81 to reduce vertical motion phenomenon.
