PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio telephone system to prevent a terminal apparatus allocated by no time slot from accessing to an access point. SOLUTION: When a rest time of the time slot from a completion of a receiving of voice frames D1 to D4 transmitted by terminals 1-1 to 1-4 to the completion of the time slots TS1 to TS4 is more than the time to transmit one voice frame, an AP2 generates dummy data frames FD1 to FD3 until a time slot completion time by one voice frame unit and transmits the generated dummy frames FD1 to FD3.
