PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium delivery device of a simple constitution for accurately performing sorting by improving registering performance in offset delivery for performing the sorting by moving (offsetting) a sheet-like recording medium itself delivered on a loading tray. SOLUTION: The sheet-like recording medium is delivered on the loading tray 10 by moving in the direction for crossing with the carrying direction by an offset delivery means 16. The offset delivery means 16 movably installs a registering means 14 by interlocking with operation for moving the sheet-like recording medium in the direction for crossing with the carrying direction of the sheet-like recording medium. When the sheet-like recording medium drops on the loading tray 10 by separating from the offset delivery means 16, the registering means 14 guides to be dropped in a predetermined position on the loading tray 10 by slidingly contacting with the sheet-like recording medium in a state of keeping a balance to the center line in the carrying direction of the sheet-like recording medium.
