PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability in filing performance of an electric stapler by improving assembly precision of a staple ejection mechanism. SOLUTION: A positioning pin 21 is provided on a front face of a staple storage 12 integrally formed of a guide for leading a staple into a driver unit 6 and a staple chamber, and the staple storage is urged forward with a compression spring interposed between a frame F2 and the staple storage 12. A pin hole 50 corresponding to the positioning pin is provided on a face back plate 47 of the driver unit 6 including a driver plate, a forming plate or the like. When the driver unit is mounted on the frame, the pin hole is fitted over the positioning pin to vertically and laterally position the staple storage. The staple storage comes into pressure contact with a rear face of the face back plate by the compression spring, so that the driver unit is mounted on a correct position without play.
