<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method and program for automatically setting module loading sequence configuring a device. <P>SOLUTION: Device configuration data comprised of a plurality of modules is received, sequencing data representative of a device module startup dependency or a device module startup priority is retrieved and load sequence data of the device module based on the configuration data and the sequencing data.
