PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve leak resistance capability of a tape to be used for sealing an HDA. SOLUTION: The tape has; sticking surfaces 2d and 3b which are formed extending whole periphery of a base 2 and a top cover 3; a gap S which is formed at a boundary part between the base 2 and the top cover 3 on the sticking surfaces; an auxiliary tape 20 of which width is narrower than the width of the sticking surfaces 2d and 3b and length is shorter than the full length of the sticking surfaces 2d and 3b and which is stuck on the sticking surfaces 2d and 3b so as to cover the gap S; and a main tape 10 which has the width wider than the auxiliary tape 20 and the length longer than the full length of the sticking surfaces 2d and 3b and is stuck on the accessory tape concerned so that an edge face 10d of a winding start end 10a may be located inside both edge faces 20a and 20b in the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary tape 20, and also stuck to the sticking surfaces 2d and 3b so as to cover the gap S and the auxiliary tape 20 and is provided with a superposition part 10c in which the winding start end 10a and an winding finish end 10b are superposed on the auxiliary tape.
