PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor capable of restraining transmission of oscillation from an armature to an armature restraining member and loss torque, and attaining a high productivity of the armature. SOLUTION: A divided insulator 110 is attached at an armature block body core 101 of an armature block body 100 of the armature 20a. A diametrical outward extension 111b1 which extends in a radial direction to an outer-periphery edge of a divided core back 101b, and an axial extension 111b2 which extends in an axial direction from the diametrical outward extension 111b1, are formed at part of a core back upper surface cover 111b of the divided insulator 110. The axial extension 111b2 is brought into contact with the outer-periphery edge of the armature block body core 101 and an inner-periphery surface of a cover body 10, thus forming a gap 280.
