PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token lending machine capable of discharging the dust or the like of a belt transfer part when a power source is turned from an OFF state to an ON state and eliminating factors of an abnormal action. SOLUTION: A belt transfer part (200) is formed so as to transfer objects on a belt (53) to a feeding port introducing path (60) when the belt (53) is normally rotated and transfer the objects on the belt (53) to an opening/closing hole (85) when the belt (53) is reversely rotated. A drive control means (280) reversely rotates the belt (53) of the belt transfer part (200) from the time of turning the power source of the token lending machine (2) from the off state to the on state to the specified time. A discharge mechanism (80) is formed so as to open the opening/closing hole (85) while the belt (53) of the belt transfer part (200) is reversely rotated at the specified time.
