The device has a centre pipe (4) that is arranged in a hollow shaft (1) and is foam-filled with plastic. The plastic has permeability in such a manner that oil enters from a radial hole (6) in the centre pipe into a corresponding radial hole (7) in the hollow shaft. An end (5) of the centre pipe is closely and directly coupled with an oil supply, and the centre pipe is supported at the hollow shaft by using a plastic foam.
