THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION

A novel thermoplastic resin composition that exhibits weather resistance and high impact resistance, realizing good processability and molded item surface brightness. There is provided a thermoplastic resin composition containing 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic resin (A) and 0.5 to 20 pts.wt. of graft copolymer (B) composed of 85 to 99.5 wt.% core (bc) and 0.5 to 15 wt.% shell (bs) (provided that the sum of core and shell is 100 wt.%), characterized in that the core (bc) has at least one interlayer of hard polymer (bch) in soft polymer (bcs) and that the shell (bs) consists of a hard polymer and constructs an outer layer of the graft copolymer (B).
